I have been on Deviant Art for years and found that place to be amazing in terms of feedback and constructive critiques. I've met some amazing artists through that site. But, it is a bit busier than Flickr and Flickr has really specialized in photography more than artwork and all that. So yes, good points about feedback. It's still a horrible, horrible user interface. I spent way too much time looking for an "upload" button when I first created my account! :P Good to hear that!
